Refund of purchased tickets due to travel stop on Friday

Dear NATURE ONE community

Some of you were affected this year by the fact that we, as organizers, had to give in to the weather for the first time in our 29th year. Unfortunately, not all of you were able to travel to the CampingVillage. Once again, from the bottom of our hearts: we are sorry that your NATURE ONE experience this year did not go as you had hoped! ❤️

As announced, we will refund your tickets or exchange them for tickets (same category) for the 30th anniversary next year. We can't promise sunshine, but after two very wet years at NATURE ONE, we all deserve a warm and sunny year in NATURE ONE land 2025! We are planning further construction measures to make the fields more weatherproof. We will keep you regularly informed.
